Another company was charging me am extra $1000 to go into the attic and couldn't complete the job without cutting a hole into my roof which was brand new. Martin did the job without Cutting a hole or doing any structural damage or changes. The unit was replaced in one day and was cooling my house before 3pm that afternoon.
